SUMMARY

The Digital Project Clerk is responsible for the coordination of digital programs and projects as well as related creative, product, development, marketing or other operational elements. The Project Clerk is also responsible for supporting the daily activities of project teams, consisting of employees and partners, project timelines and information for budgets, research and other ancillary tasks. Works closely with the VP of Digital Experience and other directors to support team to develop cutting edge ideas, technologies, products and platforms and implement them throughout the enterprise through education, training and support. The Project Clerk will also provide account support and client education as necessary to ensure program success.

  • Support and coordinate digital production timelines to deliver projects to meet the established schedule and financial objectives. Support Producers and Associate producers to monitor digital projects’ progress throughout their duration, and communicate project status to senior management as necessary.

  • Support the coordination with external vendors to meet project timelines and deliver on internal and client expectations of design, user experience, technology(ies), timeline and budget.

  • Analyze data, inform and anticipate, identify and mitigate risk factors.

  • Investigate and research special projects with information related to support new technology that can be applied to digital development and implementation of new technologies to client’s projects.

  • Support the execution of digital deliverables, creative, content and technical components of the digital proposal process, to ensure the technology solution meets the established financial goals.

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to internal and external colleagues on current digital and interactive production techniques, technologies and appropriate vendors.

  • Continuously improve digital practice and standards, particularly through guides and other learning materials.

  • Support the documentation of digital processes for other colleagues. Processes will be documented in writing and living in a digital repository (i.e. Sharepoint) accessible by others.

  • Continuously improving personal digital and technology-related education.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 or more years of experience in work environment, ideally in a production company or corporation producing communications programs (business-to-business, targeted customer, branding, marketing communications, events, etc.)

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly and achieve project timelines

  • Effectively handle client and account issues

  • Diplomacy and tact in challenging situations and in dealing with a variety of personality types and working styles

  • Positive overall attitude and customer service oriented attitude

  • Excellent computer skills in all MS Office programs

  • Ability to function under pressure with efficiency and grace

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
