LinkedIn’s Connected Enterprise team is responsible for our largest global clients, working with firms in the Tech, Professional Services, and Financial Services industries across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Connected Enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for managing a group of our most senior sellers, as well as other manager(s) with their own sales team(s). You will lead by developing and executing a strategic plan for your territory while also achieving quota. You will be responsible for learning the entire suite of LinkedIn’s solutions, understanding how they are used by our clients, and advising your team on making compelling recommendations for investments with LinkedIn.
This role will be based in either New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco depending on which location the applicant chosen for the role is currently residing
Work with management to recruit and develop world-class sales managers and professionals
Create and deliver reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on pipeline status
Drive revenue through thoughtful execution of account strategies, relationship development, and sales excellence
Represent the organization responsibly – internally and externally – and help deliver on our mission, vision, and culture
Basic Qualifications :
BA/BS Degree in a related field
10+ years of sales leadership experience in software or services
Experience in quota-carrying sales
Experience working with global teams
Experience developing and selling solutions
Preferred Qualifications :
MBA Degree in a relevant discipline
Experience using the Salesforce.com platform and the Microsoft Office suite
Experience leading a team of sales leaders in consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals
Demonstrated understanding of subscription-based business sales models
Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level enterprise business
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
